Students can browse products, generate an instant quote using the website calculator, share customization details, approve the design, confirm the order, and receive delivery at their doorstep.
It is recommended to place orders 3–4 weeks in advance to allow enough time for design approvals, size confirmations, and smooth production without rush charges.
Customization & Design Support
Students can customize fabric, colour, fit, size, print method, buttons, zippers, print placement, individual names or numbers, labels, and packaging depending on the product.
Yes. UniWardrobe provides complete design assistance, including logo placement, layout guidance, and print feasibility checks for free.
Yes. A digital mockup is shared, and production begins only after final approval from the customer.
Pricing, Payment & Invoicing
Pricing depends on product type, fabric, printing method, design complexity, and quantity. All costs are shared transparently before order confirmation.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment links.

Sizes, Samples & Delivery
Size charts are shared, and guidance is provided. The best method is to provide the Final team size chart in an excel sheet or csv format is required before production.
Yes. Paid samples can be arranged. Sample timelines and costs are shared in advance.
No. Once production begins, changes to size, colour, design, or quantity are not possible as all products are custom-made.
Most student orders are delivered within 7–15 working days after design approval.
Yes. Delivery charges are calculated once the final order is packed and weighed. Payment for delivery is due along with the final 50% percent before order dispatches.
