Because every order is custom made for your club or team, our policy is built around quality, not change of mind. Here is exactly what is covered.
What is covered
- Defective items: anything with a manufacturing fault, a print error against your approved proof, or damage in transit.
- Incorrect items: a product, colour or size that does not match your confirmed order.
What is not covered
- Sizing errors after you have submitted and confirmed the size form. Please use the size guide before you confirm.
- Change of mind once a proof is approved and production has begun.
How to claim
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue and your order number. If the claim is valid we will remake or refund the affected pieces. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay.
