Under the DPDP Act, 2023, we collect the following personal data only for specified, lawful purposes:
- Identity & Contact: Name, email, phone number, role, and organization to create and manage your account.
- Transaction Data: Delivery addresses, billing info, sizes, and uploaded designs to fulfill orders.
- Usage & Metrics: Pages visited, QR scans (anonymized/aggregated for brands).
- CV Pool Data (Opt-In Only): Skills, interests, and availability for career matching.
2. Purpose of Processing
We act as a Data Fiduciary. Your data is used exclusively to: fulfill orders, match clubs with brands, send updates via email/WhatsApp, generate aggregate metrics, and run the opt-in CV Pool. We share the minimum data needed with trusted processors (e.g., Razorpay, WhatsApp) bound by strict data protection terms.
3. Consent and Withdrawal
By using UniWardrobe, you consent to this processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time via your dashboard or by emailing us. CV Pool Consent: Joining is strictly opt-in. Your contact details remain locked until you accept a brand's request.
4. Your Rights as a Data Principal
- Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data we process and the processors with whom it is shared.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: Request corrections to inaccurate data or deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: Register complaints regarding your data.
- Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
5. Data Retention & Security
We implement strict technical and organizational safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by law. Once the purpose is served, your data is securely erased.
