What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, role (student, corporate or brand) and organisation.
- Order details: designs you upload, sizes, delivery addresses and billing information.
- Sponsorship details for brands: company, work email and the metrics tied to your campaigns.
- CV Pool data, only if you opt in: skills, interests and availability.
- Usage data: pages visited and QR scans, used to improve the product and report verified reach.
How we use it
- To fulfil your order, match clubs with brands, and keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.
- To generate the QR metrics a sponsoring brand sees, in aggregate, never your private details.
- To run the CV Pool, where a brand can contact you only after you say yes.
CV Pool consent
Joining the CV Pool is always opt in and off by default. Brands see a vetted profile only. Your contact details unlock to a brand only when you accept that brand's request. You can leave the pool any time from your dashboard.
Processors we use
We share the minimum data needed with trusted processors, including Razorpay for payments and WhatsApp for order updates. They are bound to use it only to provide their service.

Retention and your rights
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Under the DPDP Act you can access, correct or erase your personal data. Email us and we will action it within a reasonable time.
