Refunds & Returns Policy
At UniWardrobe, our goal is to make sure every student and every college is proud of the merch they receive. We take quality seriously, but in case something isn’t right, here’s how our refunds and returns policy works.
Returns (D2C Orders)

Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange or replacement.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for reasons such as size preference or change of mind, since each piece is produced on-demand with limited runs.
Bulk Orders (College / Fest Orders)

Since bulk orders are custom-printed with your college logos/designs, we cannot accept returns or refunds for these items.

However, if there are manufacturing defects, print errors, or damaged items, we will replace those specific pieces at no extra cost.

Our team works closely with you during the design approval stage to ensure everything looks perfect before production begins.
Refunds

For D2C returns (eligible cases) → once the product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For bulk orders, refunds are not available once production has started.

If you cancel a bulk order before production, we can process a refund after deducting any design/processing charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Delivery & Exchange Timelines

D2C exchanges: processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.

Bulk replacements (for defective items): delivered within 7–12 working days, depending on stock and print cycle.
