We accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. For custom-printed bulk orders, returns are not possible, but we do provide replacements for any items with manufacturing defects.
D2C (single orders) are usually delivered within 5–7 working days across India. Bulk orders depend on size and customization requirements, but typically take 10–15 working days. All shipments include tracking details once dispatched.
Refunds are not available once production has started on a bulk order. However, if there are quality issues or errors from our side, we provide replacements or corrective measures. Our goal is to ensure your college or fest receives merch they’re proud to wear.
Merch Sponsorship registration is available for college fests and student events. You can apply by filling out the query form on this page or contacting us via WhatsApp. Our team reviews each request and will get back to you with details.
